As one of my friends said, I'm "on a summer schedule." That is, I'm doing everything, and not completely. I am creating two websites, at
www.erthe.net and
www.rivercitycap.com. The first is my personal site, which will include info about my writings and diffusionist studies. Basically, it will contain my creative self, if that is possible. :) The second is for my Civil Air Patrol squadron. I'm also writing things, reading books for study, learning German (ya, still!), going to Tae Kwon Do class and CAP meetings, and working. I'm busy, and I feel myself spreading thin.
Strangely, however, I feel much more peaceful now than I did a few weeks ago. I'm settling into this routine, and the days are shooting past. Already we're 11 days into June; it seems like only this past Monday it was the 1st. Before I know it it will be July, then August, and then I'll be back at school again.
I
am finding it difficult to adjust to doing things for other people. This is the good thing about home - one is expected to do chores and run errands, not to plan all one's days for oneself. This builds character. :) Take now. I could write more, but I have to go grocery shopping. So I'll end by saying that I have a Tae Kwon Do tournament tomorrow, for which I have not prepared to my full potential. And my knees ache. Life goes on. :)
